Carefully selected workforce
BSL takes pride in its workforce. We have a substantial team of over seventeen professionals who have been personally selected to strict criteria.
Our team includes ground work crew who are skilled in trenching, tarmacing and footpath reinstatement, and we have fully qualified NICEIC accredited electrical testing experts. We also have street lighting operatives for maintenance services. All our professionals are First Aid, Manual Handling and Health & Safety qualified.
Training opportunities and qualifications
BSL considers our workforce an investment and we like to give apprenticeships and junior roles to new recruits and train them up for the future. To do this we enrol our junior electricians in college twice a week to study for their NVQ and City & Guilds electrical installation qualification to ensure their training and skills are kept up to speed.
